Lightbulb Is it time to fade 12-0 teams?

07 patriots went 1-7 ATS in the last 8 weeks with lines in the 20's. It's starting to feel like NO will turn out the same way. Who know if these teams will rest guys or play out, they earned the right to do either. So is their anymore money to be made betting on or against the Colts or Saints?

Maybe Colts before Saints. Saints probably need to keep winning to hold off Vikings, whereas Colts can start resting regulars now if they chose to.

    Start with 13-0 teams.

i faded the saints the last 2 weeks (0-2 ATS) and more than likely will again this weekend.

They are both playing live teams this week, both fighting to get into the playoffs. Be careful.

It depends on what their ATS records are. Just for this discussion, Indy is 13-0 S/U and 9-4 ATS, including 4 straight covers. New Orleans is 13-0 and 8-5 ATS, but is 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games, and 0-2 in their last two. Remember a lot of people play against streaks, and the people who control the lines (the syndicates, etc...) know this.

Yeah, I kinda like a desperate Jags team needing a playoff berth, than a Colts team already clinching everything.

Yes! This week NO and Indy should be faded. Just a matter of betting small, medium, or large against them.

Also consider fading teams that just lost their 8th game... thereby virtually or even mathematically eliminated, they might let down. Teams with 7 losses still are being driven for remote playoff possibility. But with 8, it is time to get the season over with, especially teams on the road.

The cowboys cover NO if not win SU. Not trying to start an argument just stating facts. Neither of these teams will go undefeated but NO wants to really bad. That kind of pressure is getting to them. They are playing at home so it may not be this week but they will lose next road game. Dallas is not as bad as they look & NO has weaknesses. 7 points is too much in this game. I went against Dallas last week & was ridiculed, I'm riding them this week.

    Might be a good strategy

    Both will not go 16-0

I like the Jags chances, but the Saints will blow out Dallas.

    Exactly, no shock there.

Thing is, Colts have nothing to play for, while Saints still haven't clinched top seed and they want to win on Saturday to put pressure on Vikes Sunday night. And it helps to be facing choking Cowgirls.
