homes i aint rubbing in anything i have had a horrible weekend. it was a simple question why throw money away right away instead of seeing how the line settles. good luck it seems you are making your picks off emotion. you made 2 plays of 10 units based on opening lines and not even thinking that there might be some serious injuries in practice or whatever the case may be. how many times the night before superbowls have players run into trouble. forget about line movements it totally confounds me how folks can pick right off the opening lines . now if colts end up 4 point favs you lost before the game starts. thats how this thing works. if you dont beat the closing line you lose long term. I aint questioning your picks you might be right but why the hurry- the game isnt for 2 weeks and you think the colts will get eaten up so why not wait and get a better # on saints?

emotion - nah....if that was the case i would have faded the saints who just lost me a dime. i was capping the superbowl out during the saints/vikings game looking at both NO and Minny as possible opponents for the colts.

that is a shocking comment there regarding how people can play off opening lines. with you being a pro sports gambler, im confounded by the fact that you would say that. check out this article from the spread.com......its widely known in the industry that the true sharps/wiseguys hit the opening lines.

now while i am in no way a "sharp" pro, i myself like to get down early when i handicap a game.

we've spoken about this numerous times on pm, so im hoping this is clear for you now.

i actually was watching my books lines, and kept holding off when the line was going from 3.5 to 5.5. i then noticed a sharp book that i have drop the line down to 5 and up to 56. thats when i made my move.

very happy with my lines of +5 and over 55.5. gotta love superbowl sunday. obviously feeling a little more confident with freeney not 100%. if the colts cant get a pass rush on brees, he will pick them apart as manning will the saints.

ahhh - why did i have to be a square and play the over. ive seen it a million times over my years of gambling. offenses are rusty with the 2 weeks off and start firing late in the game - then time runs out.
