Dallas is 2-13 ATS in December w/Romo. Game 13 on since '97 4-13 SU & 1-15 ATS as non-div favorites & 1-6 ATS after playing Giants. SD is great in Dec. 36-8 SU in second half of season & on a 15 game winning streak in Dec. Yet Dallas is favored??? I know alot is on the line. Playoff hopes & wades job, so Dallas will play hard, right???
No one in their right mind would pick Dallas to win this game. Not me, not you, Dallas is horrible & SD is great, right, we've established that.
So the general public would bet SD up to 3,3',5,5',7, even higher? So what do the brilliant linesmakers do? They know the public likes a favorite. They like a winner, and the fav is a winner, right? Dallas is the publics favorite team. So they make Dallas a small fav & everyone's all to hell. TRAP GAME TRAP GAME!!!!

Every gambler on this forum & others are now all saying Dallas is a winner. Best play is Dallas, vegas must know something we dont!

I love Dallas in this spot. Romo will eat up the SD defense, which is still terrible despite the win streak. The Chargers are not as good as advertised. Hard to be confident on Dallas in December, but I gotta ride them in this spot.

sd is very good but no way im touching them in this spot, game is way more important to dal especially if indy takes care of den in the early gm then in all likelyhood sd will be at home next week playing cincy to see who gets the 2 seed despite what happens in this 1. dal on the other hand is in pretty much a must win situation w there dec struggles and a very tough schedule ahead. dal should be able to run the ball in this game if there dumbshit coaching staff chooses to do so. throw in the fact its pretty clear to me bookmakers appear to pretty much drawn the battle line on this 1 w money pouring in on sd they raise the spread to 3.5 just inviting more sd money. espn tout machine has been blowing these teams dec records way out of proportion this week imo. it all pretty much adds up to the majority thinking they have a free chicken dinner in this 1. im not buying it ill be on dal..gl this weekend

Loving SD here. SD takes it 30-24...I don't know though Dallas is trying to avoid what they did last season. They want to make the playoffs this season and keep in the NFC East lead. Should be a great game. Too risky for me but whoever bets it, GL.

Wow dude are you an asshole? I don't normally post on these forums but I'm trying to get active on them. Already having to deal with people who like to talk shit. I do like SD. There are a few NFL teams that I do like. I don't normally bet hard on the NFL for good reasons. NCAA is more my style. I like Rivers. I think he's a talented QB. But, this specific bet is too risky for me to lay money on. I do love taking underdogs and usually I'm studying the underdogs. I do know that Dallas has a new Stadium and they will be looking to win this game. Even though the Stadium has nothing to do with it. I just think the people all over Dallas are making a mistake here. If I did bet this game I would go SD and I really think they will win. But, everything points to too close of a game for me to bet on it. I hate betting against or for the Cowboys. 30-24 SD!

If Im not mistaken the public is all over SD. RLM in this game. Pretty much a must win for Dallas. Im on Dallas or maybe a no play. Just sit back and watch it.

What I'm saying is the public IS all over SD, so they make Dallas a fav then to 3.5 & everyone on this forum (you for instance) starts taking Dallas. The public should be all over SD. You make a good point I just dont buy into it. Youre saying that the books are faking an RLM just to trick a select few people into betting on Dallas. And that the line move wasn't made by money going on Dallas? If what you're saying is true and SD wins this game the books are gonna lose a lot of money! If the books wanted to get more money on Dallas they could easily adjust the line to get more of the public on them. You are overthinking this one IMO. SD isn't as good as everyone thinks and Dallas is better than people are giving them credit. Not to mention this whole December thing that is way over hyped in the media. That said, I will not be surprised if SD wins straight up. I just wont be betting on them.

I agree with you that the points don't matter here. Either SD wins outright or they lose by 4+

Chargers offense have been red hot though... I mean they did play some crap teams recently but their victory at Denver impressed me a lot. Their D is sorta banged up but they have a very good record in December, unlike the Cowboys. And lets face it, Cowboys have not been very impressive in their past couple games.

I like SD to win outright so I'm going with the moneyline.
