Bears starting qb is a head case though. One more can't hurt.

At least in Cutler's case it's only figurative. Freeman takes pills.

Decent list, one good signing for every 4-5 busts then. 1 for every 10 was an exaggeration on my part.

The problem with Danny/Jerry isn't so much about talent, but about chemistry. DeSean is the perfect example, he's a phenomenal talent, but is he the kind of guy that can be the glue that holds a locker room together? Building a real winning team in the modern salary cap NFL isn't like filling out a fantasy football lineup, the whole has to be greater than the sum of it's parts.

Yeah, I agree with all of that. DeSean might be more trouble than he's worth in Washington with a young QB and first year head coach.

Yep. Good news for the rest of the NFL, but can you imagine if he landed in SF or NE?

Panthers, Seahawks, Giants, and Saints have interest of some degree in Sidney Rice now that he has been cleared to play.

Chris Johnson visiting the Jets today. Bills, Dolphins, & Falcons are also said to be interested in him.

I think there is a 0.000001% chance he signs with Jets, but we shall see.

Panthers have some salary cap issues they are desperately trying to get out from under.

The money given to those 3 RB's by the previous GM really put them in a bad spot cap wise.

Well I'll be damned, Johnson signed with Jets. I thought for sure he was using them as leverage to get more $$$ out of Atlanta.

I heard a Golden Tate radio interview yesterday and was stunned by his maturity. Lions are getting a #1 WR with a ring to compliment Megatron. Very underrated WR that can add much more than stats to a huddle.

yeah but they are setting Cam Newton up for failure by not giving him any play makers to work with.

I would never sign Rice to my team unless it was a strict show me contract where he got league minimum plus bonuses for production. This guy never plays a full season and is a huge injury risk.

Still a really good player when healthy, especially in the redzone and on deep balls...Worth a shot for a couple mill- 1 year deal

Worst case scenario you lose a couple mill for this year, and lots of teams won't even get that close to the salary cap

Seahawks resigned him a few days ago....Pretty smart with them losing Tate and Wilson having chemistry with Sidney from the 2012 season and a little last year

If he is healthy, Rice is a huge red zone target.
