    Default Bodog cancels wager? BS

    I placed a wager today at 2pm eastern time on a prop bet for MNF. The bet was a FG over or under 28 yards. I took over 28 yard FG for the game. They message me back an hr or so later and say they messed up on the line and the wager was canceled. The line is now at 44.5 and I was just wondering if anyone else thinks that a little messed up.

    why play with bodog in the first place? They do reserve the right to and that 22 yd one is really low...they probably did mess up, but you do have my sympathy i would have gone all in on that

    Yeah, that same thing happened to me once on Bodog... sucks, but nothing we can do

    It's a simple error, they have the right to take it off just like any other book. It's just like how sometimes you see online retailers make a mistake on a price.

    yea that is a little BS, but then again it looks like it was an error because 28 yards it just too good to be true.

    I would have probably wagered my whole roll on that line also, and I'm a SLOW grinder by nature.

    my first online acct was with bodog. their lines always came out late, had fewer plays than other online sportsbooks, and their lines were consistently favored dogs because most handicappers, especially novice players, tend to play favorites. their poker software isn't all that popular either. i've since moved on to different sportbooks. i'm surprised they're still in business. there are much better sportsbooks out there.

    did they cancel after the game was over or before?

    If it's before no problem, but after, imagine if you went all in and lost, you think they would refund you? yeh right
