cutler bounced back after his week 1 group of 4 INTs.....Chi plays well at home....and the eagles will likely be without 3 of their top 4 DBacks.....expect a solid game from cutler....best of luck if you take his advice or fade him......im surely not saying i will take chicago---im just sayin i can see where he is comin from
