You couldn't pay me to watch this game, but how can you not like Detroit -3.5? Cleveland has one of the most inept offenses I've ever seen... Detroit can at least score points despite having a bad defense.
Anyone out there on Cleveland +3.5 ?

Stay away from this game.
However, a small wager on the under would be the only way to go.
Small wager because its still indoors, and their is still the possibility that special team, fumble returns, and any other type of sloppy play can occur. Both have good FG kickers.
