    Id say its a pretty even trade, especially if Team 1 is in need of an RB and Team 2 is short on WRs.

    Team 1 gets a top 5 QB and a hit or miss running back. Team 2 gets a top 5 QB and a top 5 WR.

    If I am team 2 I do that trade in a second.

    I would take Warner and Moss. Colts will secure playoff and may rest Manning which will ruin your playoff week 15/16. NE and Arizona will fight for playoff and will play hard until the end. From that angle alone I would take Warner/Moss. Not to mention Warner is going up against weak opp. and Boldin is healthy.
