Anyone else love the over in this game? Great matchup as always. Pats defense is suspect especially with an agED Springs (who I used to love watching play). I see Back and Forth scoring in this game.... I could be wrong... Thoughts?

You can't go wrong with the over in this game, I think, unless the both teams attempt to run the clock, eating up time of possession. Both teams can easily score 24 a piece, though. Good luck with whatever you play, buddy.

its gonna lose...public has been riding the over in this game from the very moment the line came out.....i got under 52...bought 4 points in case it is a 27-24 score....most likely it ends up being a 2td game and comes down to a FieldGoal in this game...dont see high scoring very much even though both offenses r great......most people forget colts and patriots have top 10 defenses in nfl.....

I am pounding the UNDER here. Teams are scoring an average of about 40 points per game, the line is 48. Plus I see the Patriots running the ball a little more than usual. The colts defense hasn't been able to stop the run this year and Bellicheck will try to exploit that.

People here keep saying the over is obvious...and i just read a post stating that the pats' secondary is suspect...????? what? that makes no sense. that is like saying the Saints' offense is questionable.

the pats defense has been playing better than the offense IMO. I am a die hard pats fan, boston local, and I hate admitting that the d is better, brady is getting better every week, but the reason they keep winning is the defense.

As a previous poster pointed out, pats secondary is suspect and colts are injured. Both are, and should be tonight, passing teams with great QBs that pick apart top secondaries!

How is the pat's secondary suspect??? that statement makes no sense. look at the points allowed per game! the same goes for indy, neithor team gives up a lot of points. sometimes people make statements with no stats to back it up. the game could go either way, but DO NOT base your play on that statement. it is incorrect.

The pat's entire defense is all young players. before the season started everyone said the defense would be the weak point. however, all season the D has played GREAT. One of the better defenses in the NFL (that is the entire league in case you forgot). 1 player does not make the defense "questionable".

Last week everyone and their mother claimed the colts over bet was a gimmie. why? because bob "i suck and always get injured" sanders was out??? the colts game was WAYYYYY below the over last week, so I guess a couple missing starters didn't really affect Indy's overall defense afterall. so why should it be any different for the pats?

and guess what, the pat's offense hasn't been the prolific offense it was 2 years ago. sure they have had a couple blowouts (against HORRID teams, which doesn't really count), it has been their defense playing GREAT (with a bunch of young no-names that everybody thought would suck).

so, now, tell me how the pat's secondary (or entire defense, but you claimed the secondary) is questionable?

gave you all my points toshow theres no hard feelings. this site is for people to reason why they chose what they bet. i just keep seeing a lot of threads with people claiming "over" is the obvious bet, yet nobody has a good reason. stuff like that hurts the rookies that come in and just blindly tail because of the majority.

They ARE young, except for the agED. That's why they are suspect.
