    Default A Football Game With No Announcers

    On the nfl network I hear everything but the announcers....and that is wierd...I hear the umpire.....the comercials but no announcers...

    they just came on...the NFL network was weird for awhile

    Mine was without the announcers for a long time. It was better that way! Especially when one of them is Matt Millen - he's on like every network now!

    Could watch any game like that - just get the crowd noise up more and it will feel like you are right there in the stadium.

    Most announcers are terrible... I'd rather mute the TV for a lot of broadcasts.

    They should always have alternate feed with just crowd noise

    This was actually intentionally done by the NFL in a Dolphin-Jets game in the early 80's and the fan response was abysmal...

    They never had to listen to commentary by guys like Tony Kornholer in the 80s.. I don't wanna hear bad jokes, I don't wanna hear an analysis of EVERY play, and I don't wanna hear talking for the sake of filling dead air.. Less is more!

    Funny how running an entire organization into the ground makes you a shoe-in for gigs on ESPN and the NFL Network
