I'm getting back in to the game, fellas. Until last week I hadn't put down a bet in a few years. I deposited a mere $30 into my account and like many on here, my goal is to turn that 30 bucks into a couple grand. Will it work? Odds are against me, but I'm going to give it my best shot.

I play NFL, College football and NBA mostly. Although I love baseball - I don't like to bet it too much.

My plan is to parlay and tease my way to the top. I'll drop a few big plays in there on straight up's, but the majority of my plays will be the parlays and teasers. Once I have achieved the first goal, I will start to lay off the P&T's and go more straight up bets.

You're right. But I'm drawn to the big odds parlay's and teaser's like a moth to a flame.

You know, I was extremely nervous going into the game, our secondary has just been atrocious since Kenny Phillips went down. CC Brown may be the worst player in football. Boley being out has hurt us aswell because we have no linebacker that can cover besides him. And unfortunately we got the good McNabb to boot. I don't remember seeing even 1 of the famous DMac one hoppers to the wideout.
Not to mention Eli is going through his typical stretch of flat out awful quarterbacking. I'm an Eli supporter to the fullest but he's playing awful right now..

I'm real nervous and shocked that were 5 point favs against SD. I bet that line moves down to at least 4 by the end of the week. That week 10 bye week can't come soon enough.

I'm somewhat shocked that CC Brown has been so horrendous. He was at least a serviceable player in Houston. I wonder if Sheridan's defense is holding him back? But then again...letting people run so wide open ain't a schematic problem.

I wonder if they'll throw Rouse in there just to see what happens. Certainly can't be worse, right?

The biggest key to the game, and what kept 5's patented worm-burners from making an appearance was protection. The Giants could not get consistent pressure. Again, shocking to me. I expected them to eat that Eagles OL up. Perhaps them getting Herremans back was that big of an impact. That and the fact that Big Red actually used the running game.

The thing I have noticed about Eli, as I'm sure everyone has, is that when he's off...he's OFF. Not much of a middle ground with him. He's either unflappable in the pocket and tossing down 20/26 278yds and 3TDs or 11/23 154 0 TDs and 2INT.

Bodog has it at +4.5...I think I am going to tease the Giants up to +10.5. Can they really get blown out by the Chargers? I doubt it.
