If a team is in a "Must Win" predicament, wouldn't common sense tell us they freaking suck???

Hell yeah go Denver never lost hope and took them second half as well 2-0 tonight Denver is for real all you haters out there and yes San Diego looked better but not near as well as the Broncos! How could anyone go against Denver getting 3 points seemed like a easy play for me and whoever took San Diego -10.5 you are throwing money down the toilet thats how books make easy money. No offense but what the hell where you thinking man come on now!!

I hope so. I'm a broke college student, but did the chargers win?

Also the Yankees will win the Pennant.

I think if i was honest I would have to admit I bet this game with my heart instead of logic.

Frost brought up a key point, The Broncos wanted this game more than the Chargers for the simple debacle last year.

Congrats to all who called Denver you nailed it and it was a good call.

As for the steelers avatar guy, you aren't eveni in my league pal. You were in diapers when I was winning my first bet.

Hey, Frost even you doupted your team this year. I read some of your post at the beginning of the season you thought the Broncos were finished with the trade of Cutler.

Turns out the Owners made a great change

Damn 0-6 now...90-76 on the year but 0-6 in Mike's threads. I'm his kiss of death....need to refrain from posting when the picks agree.

Oh yeah and if I like a favorite it is a good idea to auto flush the ticket.

Must wins haven't done well this season. I think they're a bit overrated.

You can take that 2H trend to the bank. Their halftime adjustment are very good. Rivers had no trouble finding open receivers with short passes in the 1H. They were covered in the 2H. Same for Brady a week earlier against the Broncos.

I actually took the second half on Denver. I was shocked to see many places had Chargers -2.5. It appeared this game was going to the wire at half time. I lost some big chalf on the ML however. Angels did bail me out a little.

    Chargers are not great.

As said yesterday nice call for those who knew Broncos were good and Chargers were not.

The game was closer than the final score. Take away the special team scores and the final score is Denver 20-16. Take away the special team scores in the first half and the halftime score is Chargers 13-3 instead of 20-17.

I do think that the window to the Superbowl, that was opened during Marty Schottenheimer/Drew Brees, has closed for the Chargers, but still... with a healthy Chargers defense there is no way that the so-so Bronco offense puts up 17 pts in the 2H. And when the defense can't get off the field, the offense can't get into a rhythm. Amazing how LT and Merriman, who used to be lightning in a bottle, are so average now (Merriman still injured, LT never the same without Lorenzo Neal).

hard to cap special teams TD's. Without those SD probably would have been burying Denver in the 1st half and game obviously would have been much different. However thats football and better team won.
