Default Is Carolina -3.5 The Play Of The Week

Washington is god awful. They lost to the Lions! Carolina is desperate for a win. This game is screaming blow out! I may bet all my units on this one. Please enjoy this picture of Magnum PI.

it would be in my book except there is RLM.

Delhomme has been worse this year than Jason Campbell. Carolina has been as putrid as Washington; no way I'd touch them.

Every time Jake takes the field.. you never know what will happen. If they just hand it off to Williams every play.. then we have a chance of winning.

Not betting the game, but I'll be watching it - wondering how many more games John Fox can start Delhomme before the team self-destructs - like I do every Sunday.

    Nope.

    Colts over Titans
    Jets over Dolphins
    Vikings over Rams

    all better plays

far from it, i think skins are a strong play Campbell started to get it together with a monster 3rd quarter against the buccs, i hope for that to continue

also carolina cudnt move the ball against the cowboys!!! so im sure itll be a similar result vs the redskins

all this + RLM and im sold on the skins

i am on the other side on this one, taking the redskins +3.5. panthers defense is getting smoked, 29 points a game. the redskins defense is only giving up 15.5 and has played much better competition than the panthers. carolina will be lucky to win straight up, much less cover.

    No way.

Betting on Delhomme or Campbell is a losing strategy at this point, and both coaches futures are in doubt.

Carolina is getting old, Skins a mess.

This will come down to last team to score right after the last interception thrown by one of the two stumblebumb QB's.

    Avoid this debacle.

This is a pass for us. Both QB's are very uncertain, to say the least. No one knows how bad each of these teams will perform on any given day.

Where do you find reverse line movements? I've been using cbsports to check the opening lines, but it doesn't look like there on top of things. The dates are wrong and everything.

I like SKINS a LOT. Delhomme has sucked ass against some suspect defenses, why would you want to give points with him vs. a good defense? Also, Skins are terrible as favorites, but they are actually good as dogs because their games are usually low scoring

I like it, but Indy is the play of the week.

I think the vikings over the rams is easily the no 1 play of the week. They will probably have that game locked up by halftime.

Skins are a play for me... square money is on Carolina so...

I think I an on all the opposite side of all the GOWs mentioned in this thread. LOL

Scratch that, I agree with Indy.

But besides that, I like Denver to beat Patriots outright. Remember that Josh McDaniels was the OC at New England the last three years, so he should know every move Brady makes. Of course it helps that his defense is pretty good too.

And there is no way I'd lay double-digits on the road with the Vikings, coming off of an emotional Monday night game and with the Ravens, Steelers and Packers up next. This is the Vikes' letdown week, as they know they can sleepwalk their way to victory.

Who did SKINS beat and how? Panthers are coming of a bye week and will have the game wrapped by halftime.

And who have the Panthers beaten? That would be no one...literally.

Another nice rule of thumb is when two bad teams face each other, always take the points.

Think Minny and Indy are by far better bets this week, but I'll probably be on Carolina by kickoff.

The Redskins might play 16 one score games this season, taking the points is usually the right side in their games.

I agree with some of the posters here and think Was can win this SU, and LTProfits made the point I was going to make. Win or Lose, Was always plays close games against non-elite teams so the high percentage play is to take Was +4.

Carolina is not a bad team. They lost to Eagles, Falcons and Cowboys. Redskins beat Tampa Bay and lost to the Lions. The Lions..

As a Washington fan, it's hard for me to remember my team in more of a disarray than they are in now.

Wait. That's not true at all. This happens about every 3 years for us. If history is any indication, you should be safe fading the Skins. Shit's getting loony already. Hiring an offensive "consultant" (tried that with Bill Arnsparger a few years ago) without the head coaches' approval. Defensive Coordinator refuses to speak to the press. It's a cycle.

    im on carolina! reasons why...

yes jake sucks ass, but so does jason campbell. panthers have been throwing the ball WAY to much so far this year, which is not the style they really play. they work the run game WAY more, and pretty much mix it up, thats how they really should play. coming off a bye week im pretty sure they found ways to improve. if the panthers start to use the run game and use the two young talented RB's they have, im pretty sure they will be successful against the skins. less throwing for jake = less INT's, thats my theory lol.

And Washington has a better defense than Dallas or Atlanta.

Florida has a better defense than the Lions and Tampa Bay. You are better than this. You are falling into a square trap here betting for the Skins.
