What do you consider a RLM play? Last week you mentioned a bunch of games I did not even consider like the Lions, Rams, etc. Plus Houston did not cover they were favored by 8-9 points and only won by 7 points. But again like the Wash game you could have gotten them at 7 at some point but that still would have been a push. The strongest RLM plays I saw were Buf, Hou, Was and NYJ. No idea how you came up with some of the other games other than at some point during the week they showed RLM. But I thought we determined you really have to wait up till almost game time to call it. Just curious if we're looking at different angles or if I'm missing something.

For this week the way I'm seeing NE/Balt is..........

Balt opened at +4 (30,000 bets) 48% market average on them and the line is now +3. That is not a large enough % to say it's a RLM play.

I look at them all through out the week. I consider RLM any time the line moves in favor of the public. It's up to you to consider it a play. Everyone has their own thing, but I like looking at it early in the week because (in theory) that is when the "sharp" money is bet. Your leisure and recreational betters tend to place their bets closer to the weekend. With less bets in, its easier to see what could have triggered the line movement.

Depending on the site used, you are going to get a different percentage. NE and Balt are almost split down the middle, but it is RLM none the less. You aren't going to find that much of it in the playoffs. Sometimes if the public is pounding a line (70% +) and it holds strong, it is just as good as RLM.

I was wrong & typo'ed on the Rams as a winner btw. The rest were legit depending on when you took them during the week. I mostly used the lines as they were Sunday morning for this thread.

I kinda like the Under 40 on the Colts game.

Kinda worried that Vikings D line is gonna make life pretty rough for Drew Brees. But at the same time, I can see Brees, in the dome, to perform the same way he has been.

If i had to pick that game, I would take Saints -4.

Yeah it was a good season with the RLM. Enjoyed it...let's do it again next year. I had a tough time with this game too so I did a 3 team teaser yesterday with NO (NBA), SA and the Saints +14.5. If they keep it within 2 TD's I win my teaser! Who Dat!
