    Default Cincy -5

What am I missing cincy playing great, Browns are the worst team in the league. I took Browns last week against ravens thinking 13 was way to many points in the nfl I was way off, Ive been wrong before but I think this the bet of the week Take Cincy they win easily 30-9.

I hopped on this one early, Sunday night. It opened at -4, and now its up to 5.5. Browns may be the worst team in the league, and their offense is absolutely pathetic. Even if Cincy wasn't much improved this year they could probably cover this. Even a fairly close game like 17-10 would be enough, and the Browns being able to put up 10 is a stretch.

Biggest danger here is Bengals having a letdown after emotional upset of Super Bowl champs, and they have Ravens up next week. But yeah, Browns are sooooooooooo bad.

Cincinnati wins this one big. Browns are extremely dysfunctional. I believe that the coaching staff (which is horrible btw), pulled the starting QB Quinn out at halftime and put in Anderson. (Correct me if I'm wrong but I dont believe it was due to injury). Anderson ended up throwing 3 or 4 int's in the 2nd half anyhow. The Browns nearly split time of posession with the Ravens and still got blown out of the water. I usually don't like playing too many points on divisional rivals, but I don't see how the Browns could hang with the Bengals, even being at home. Even if the Bengals are to have a 'let-down' game, they should still beat up pretty good on the Browns.

That being said. It is interesting that the line is not closer to 8 or 9 points. Cincy looks good and the Browns suck but it only opens at 4. Interesting.

I might well end up being on the Bengals here (they've won nicely for me the past two weeks) but I do think that Cleveland will actually put up some points on offense if - as is expected - they start Anderson this week.

I agree with LT, my bungals can choke at the worse times but the D has been solid enough to hold the browns down. Right now CLE is 30 in run D so benson should keep the offense moving. The -4 opening makes me weary, its no secret the public was going to be all over the bengals and its only -4...

Exactly. I cant figure out why the line isnt higher. I would have to think by week's end, probably like 75-85% of the public will be on the bengals, which is never a good thing.

The line opening at -4 was a typo. Should have been -14.

    Not kidding.

I posted a thread like this but i guess no one likes me

But yes I too put 1 unit on this for Cincy -4 before it changed to -5.5 the next day, and I put down another unit. Thinking about putting down a third. Cincinnati is a legit team that could verrrry easily be 3-0, and Cleveland is awful. This is the play of the week boys

I'd be on the Bengals up to -6.5. They may be a little overrated, but they are a TD better than the Browns any day of the year. The Clowns may keep it close for a while tho.

This line will move up fast gentlemen, 7+ by the end of the week!

This pick was the first one that jumped out at me. I agree it's a good pick up thru -6.5. Browns will definately do better at home and after the Baltimore spanking, but I still find it highly unlikely that they'll hold up well against Cincinnati.

Well derek being named the starter means something He looked like shit last week and I still think the bengals D will crush him but he has had success against them before. The QB change on a 0-3 team could definitely change the mentality.

the bengals are a trap here. they might win this game but it will be one those last second fg games. the browns stink big time but this is a game they will be up for thats for sure.

i played cinc -5.5 but am very worried;; its a letdown spot from the big win over pitt;; its an in state rivalry;; and cleve is due for a bounce back;; if da has any kind of decent day like he did the last 2 yrs ciny will not cover;; i assume he will be very careful with the int problem he has
