From my records I think they went 8-8 against the spread last year, nothing special.

It's presumably often going to be tough covering spreads when you have that 'champs' aura inflating it regardless of how good a team you actually are.

Yup, and repeated bonings. They REALLY fuc*ed me today. God damn Limas Sweed dropped an easy touchdown pass in the end zone that would have been the difference.....

The D let Palmer get them at the end. That's some division rivalry and home field advantage for you.

Not only are they 0-3 ats, but 1-2 su. So they're basically as good as the lions. Big disappointment so far.

Hate to think Polumalu makes that big of a difference - but that dude is obviously crazy. He just gives their D THAT much "little" extra, and probably helps the Off. stay pumped, too. Hard to imagine PGH losing either of these last two games with him in the game.

    . . . hypothetically speaking

Yeah, game 1 I knew they'd not cover vs. the Titans, but Game 2 and week 3, I had them covering. I'd probably take them Week 4 anyway... who are they playing??

Their main problem is their offense. Its tough to cover anything higher then a 3 point spread when your averaging 16 points per game.

Have taken them every week ATS. I am right there with you........Three for each time they burnt me. I am sure I will be on them again soon though

I don't know about that. DET barely held a win today and had virtually no offense the entire 2H. (((cashed none the less )))

PITT is not that bad fellas.

Think of this as a chance to win money later in the season when the books lay off the chalk a little bit

In years passed I have used this and cashed in pretty good, don't know why I haven't used it this year, but you should almost always fade the superbowl champ from the previous year for the first half of the season. Lines are always inflated, and for whatever reason they come out slow. Pitt is a good team though with a great coach they will pull it together.
