Default Fade The National TV Winner

this thread will be used to track how fading a national tv winner will have done over the course of the regular season. i am not making these bets, though sometimes in the other thread, you may see me actually on (or against) some of these plays. i will use the opening line here at sbr, and all bets are for 1 unit.

Week 1 National TV Winners: Steelers, Packers, Pats, Chargers

    Week 2 Bets:

    bengals +10
    bears +1
    jets +6.5
    ravens +4

    YTD Record: 0-0 (0%)
    Points Awarded:

Being a bronco fan i am very aware of cutlers ability that is why i feel very strongly about the Bears just tanking again this week, he is proven to be overrated and has no problem putting together back to back horrible games much less quarters against good defenses, he was very fortunate to have pro bowl receivers in Denver as well as a good offensive coach. Pitt has a better defense than G.B. even without troy p. easy win for Pitt. my best bet this week hope for the best

that monday nite theory was working good until last year but the pats and sd didn't cover anyway so it looks like a wash this week for any of that with those two

Wow...I was on the wrong end of all four of those games. Amazing results. The SD game really hurt. Terrible play calling once they got in the red zone.

Very interesting. So if you faded the winners and bet the losers you'd be 7-1. We might be on to something here.

why dont you track betting the losers following week, and i'll continue to track fading the winners.

bucs are a play in week 3.

Really love those bets. I wish something told me to think hard about the NFL this week, but my efforts were on college football. The fact that Pats and SD barely eeked out wins and that this week they were facing obviously stronger teams, the play would've been fading them, but I stayed away completely.

    Any thoughts on MNF?
