    Usually dont do preseason...getting ready for regular season!
    just lil action today:

    OAK +3 (bought the hook)
    NYG -3
    SF +7

    Favre will play extended time with the offense,Sage Rosenfel will follow Favre,who is competing with Tavaris Jackson for the primary backup job.Rosenfel served mainly as back up during his 3 yrs at Texans (06-08) but is hurt (ankle problem)if not Jackson will be ready to go. also..WR Bernard Berrian,DE Jared Allen are questionable
    The Texans would like to exhibit sharper play than they did last wks 38-14 loss to the Saints. N.O. rang up 420 off yds in a rout, 100 on just 10 carries from reserve RB Mike Bell.
    LB Brian Cushing,DT Travis Johnson,LB Cato June ,CB Antwun Molden & Jaques Reeves,and also absent is franchise CB Dunta Robinson who yet has reported to training camp due to unhappiness to contract, are among Texans that wont get a shot a Favre.

    So im going with:
    MINNESOTA VIKINGS +3.5

    Hell yeah masr:

    People keep forgetting that even though this is a "pre-season" game......

    Favre still want's to get out there and shut everyone up......
