They have a better qb rotation and it will be vicks first game... but 7 points? and its moving to -7.5 and -8 at 5dimes?

That's just ludicrous for a pre-season game! 8 points??? Because a sub-par QB at best is making his post-prison debut???? This screams "Stay away from" at a very loud decibel.
