getting in the way of the very game.
Everything in Dallas bigger? Fine. Not too hard to see the stadium as extension of the owner's ego, but as long as the joke is on him, no problemo.
But a scoreboard within easy range of punts? A scoreboard that will affect the height and range of a punt? Do you even care about the game anymore, Jerry? Why haven't you offered to raise it already?

Yeah I agree. That is a joke and he says it isn't an issue. Was reading that another owner (slips my mind at the time) said that they actually had the punter punt the ball to see if it was in the way of their new stadium before decided to fixate it somewhere else...guess common sense prevails for some.
This is where the NFL needs to step in.
Every franchise will try to tweak those small edges every chance they can get. Some will be a little more blatant than others, of course.
I'm just saying that putting obstacles in the field of play strongly favors the home team which understands the obstacles and can be very familiar on how best to deal with them.

The fact that the NFL screwed up also doesn't make him any less of a moron. His argument is that it's not an issue, which everyone who isn't blind can clearly see it is. Looks like the league should pick up the bill on this one.
but this doesnt take anything away from the fact that Jones is an egotistical asshole.
Just have a different opinion, some people like mmike think he is an egotistical asshole, people like me just think he is a smart business man , thats all
