**** NY Jets gave up 23 points to a lousy St. Louis team their last game... and I think it's safe to say that the Baltimore offense is, at least, as good as St. Louis' offense ( I think they are 10x better but I dont have the stats with me right now to prove that )
**** Bottom Line... Baltimore lives off of their defense... Hell, the Ravens' D may score more points than the Jets Offense!!! Look for Ed Reed to be Sanchez's leading receiver !!

I don't know, I see some value in the Jets ML @ +146. I took a small 1 unit wager there. I just don't see why the Ravens need to show up, and so much on the line for the Jets and Sanchez to come out flying.

Once Sanchez is out, Clemens still thinks he has a shot at a starting job, so he will show up as well. You don't think Rex Ryan has something to prove against his old team.

I think you are looking at this game without your Preseason goggles on. If this were a regular season game.

I hate the NFL pre-season.

Why? Well for one...look at Z's write up. He makes the supposition that Lewis is going to be playing a lot. That rarely happens...especially with veteran players. NFL coaches use these games to develop the back ups, and it wouldn't make much sense to play Lewis (or Ed Reed) for more than a quarter or quarter and a half.

but if you turn on the nightvision on them goggles..

you will find out that the ravens 'first unit' plans on playing minimum a quarter and a half. and thats enough to send sanchez a reality check.

remember a qb from detroit who as of 3 days ago they thought would save the season, got his nod at starter and realised that starting at qb in the nfl is a whole new ball game?

Two starting offensive linemen will be out (RT Damien Woody) and (LG Alan Faneca.

go to the ravens website, click on willis mcgahee's interview before the game and tell me if you think the ravens will show up.

and for the record, ainge is goign to be the jets qb the majority of the second half, and even panzerotti [could care less what his name is] is going to play a series in the 4th . so you are placing your entire jets wager on a rookie starting qb against an amazing defensive unit at home .
