    Default Why me????

I just can't get it right. I take the underdogs and they get blown out. I take the favorites and the underdogs win outright (even those by 10+ points).

Does anyone have any advice or words of encouragement???

This weekend has taken a toll on many. Hopefully you had your bets in check and have plenty left in the tank for next week. Take the downs with the ups (and have a short term memory).

you have to have good money management make sure you dont just pick a game just for action you need to cap the games also dont worry gambling is hard for everyone not many people can make money doing it

does anyone have any records on the percentage of underdog wins this season? It just seems like every week if you took the dogs across the board, you would win a good sume of money

Through last weekend, road dogs were 39-44-1. Home dogs were 27-16.

If you can't pick your own games then be smart enough to find someone who can and take a ride. You don't have to be the one to find it just the one to place money on it.

I'd stay away from the NFL, its too much of a crapshoot. NCAAF, if you spend some time capping or following some of Dr. Bob's writeups, you can win some good ones. Wake Forrest and Georgia are 2 good ones I found this weekend. Half-time money lines such as Wake were at +209 can win you some good $, Wake was killing Fla. St. and that line was way wrong if you ask me. A lot of times away dogs will still still get + money lines even when they are blowing out home favs. I find the ML in NBA games are still good because its still early in the season and sometimes the lines are a bit skewed. IMHO the NFL has too much risk to lay good money down, or try a few teasers.

Try not to take it personally. I've felt like that before but I
just reminded myself that my pick has nothing to do with the
outcome of the game. Maybe try picking just a couple of teams who you think will win their games and then, after choosing, take a look at the pointspreads. Sometimes this will give you a fresh perspective on things. Good luck
and keep tuned in to the forum here, there's a lot of fine
input here and if we stick around this energy it tends to rub
    off positively!

The last 4-5 weeks have been a bitch. And today, the Patriots lose AT HOME to the JETS! I know the Jets aren't horrible, but they ain't great either. I didn't see the game, but I thought although it might be close, the Pats would ball control with the run. Lots of upsets the last several weeks...NFL has been tough lately...atleast on me. Seven more regular season weeks to go though.

Find a way to play totals. A lot less emotional, and this season a lot more reliable than sides.

    I don't think he's joking bro.

The way the canes are playing this year i'm scared to death to touch that team at all right now. That team is in total shambles right now, and this year might be the year they finally were they won't go bowling.
