This is a game where Dallas would be willing to run the ball against a team that can be run on. Demarco Murray is still out though. Felix Jones is still banged up and has been ineffective. So that likely leaves the Dallas offense to do the majority of their damage through the air. TE Jason Witten figures to get a ton of attention tonight after his monster 18 catch performances against the Giants. Dez Bryant? Still a little gimpy and obviously not on the same page consistently with Romo. So who else ya got? Miles Austin. Austin is coming off his biggest game of the year, nine catches for 133 yards and he was targeted 16 times out of the 62 pass attempts from Romo. That came after a big five catch, 97 yard game @ Carolina. Overall, Austin has now caught at least five balls in four of seven overall and has three games of 97 yards or more, two of those over 100 yards. So where do we go? Total receptions for me.
Dallas WR Miles Austin Total Receptions Over 5 [+100]
Austin has been targeted 25 times the past two games and has been targeted at least nine times in four games. Atlanta was very good at forcing check downs and mid-range passing last week against the Eagles after the Raiders burned them deep several times. With a multi-weapon offense, ATL will likely try the same and not give up the big play. That's why I'll take catches over yards which may or may not be harder to come by.
i just put 3 units on it. a big big prop play for me. looking at the line i just see romo having to throw 40+ times tonight. so he should target austin 9+ times and austin will come down with a few. good luck everyone
