    Default NFC East battle

ok cowboys and giants. When you compare the two quaterbacks in my mind manning is way better than bledsoe. With that said i am thinking giants +3 what do you guys think?

Not going to lie, I was very impressed with the chemistry between Bledsoe and Owens last week; connecting for 3 endzone TD's. Maybe this was because there was a lack of it in prior weeks or they both decided to show up to the same game. In the other hand, Owens did not have many receiving yards. He was only thrown to at the goal line. Now, playing vs. the giants, I do not think that they will have so many chances of 1st and goal. In fact, I think this game stays under the total.

Either way, this game comes down to Owens and how he performs. If he explodes here, then Dallas takes this game at home. If not, then I believe Tiki will get it done on the ground here on a special monday night football game, his last of his career. I trust in Eli to make some plays and Bledsoe to play like himself.

Small play on NY for me!

    key points here:

Dallas has yet to beat anyone with a winning record

The Giants were able to contain vick in atlanta, why should they have any trouble beating up on bledsoe? they sacked vick seven times!

New york has only given up 17pts in last two games

everything seems to point to the giants +3 ; Especially since all the dallas wins so far have been against garbage teams

I'm kind of leaning towards Dallas in this game myself.

I don't think T.O. will be any positive factor in this game personally. If anything, he will only help to self-destruct his own team. All it takes is one incomplete pass to Owens to take his mind out of the game. For a strong man physically, he is extremely weak and fragile mentally.

Instead the Giants will focus their attention on Terry Glen. Glen is a much bigger threat than Owens. If they can contain Glen and apply pressure on the statue (aka Bledsoe), the Giants win. I honestly don’t expect much from either teams running game tonight as both possess good run defenses. Both have good offensive lines too, but lately the Cowboys’ line seems more susceptible to allowing sacks/pressure.

If last week was any indication, there is a slight possibility Bledsoe could leave this game in a body bag. Of course no one wants to see that happen.

how many times did the giants sack vick? oh yeah 7 times why would anyone think that the cowboys and sitting duck bledsoe would fare better

Well, right now its the dallas offensive line that is killing the cowboys right now. They arent blocking worth a sheit to this point. Maybe they will have a better time at it in the second half, when the Giants defensive line starts to get tired.

Got me bud. As I mentioned in a previous post; there is a good chance Bledsoe may leave this game in a body bag.

Bledsoe's stats for the half are better than mannings are.

I'm with you. Kinda feel bad for Bledsoe. Romo will expose the Dallas O'line for what they are. Poop.

LMAO, Owens drops a 4th down easy catch and you see him on the sidelines smiling/laughing. 99% of WR's would be pissed at themselves for dropping an easy catch like this but now Owens.

There were two injuries; and you named them both. Umenyiora has hurt his hip and I'm sure will be ready next week. Either way, we are talking about Tampa.

Welp. Im writing this one down as a loss. Owens drops a wide wide wide open first down pass. Sheit is just not going my way tonight.

Still plenty of time in this one mate. Though the way the Giants defense is playing and Tiki is running, if the Giants blow this one; shame on them!

Holy crap! Who is this team in Blue? That Jacobs guy is the real deal. Very impressive. It appears we may have found the cream of the crop in that division.

The Giants have looked very impressive tonight. It all depends on how their defense holds up with all those injuries.

Glad I played only the Under.. and that still isn't looking great, guess it will depend on how many points Romo sets the Giants up for.. Parcells/Jones piss poor coaching. Down five at half at home with ball to start second and pull the starter. Should have started Romo for whole game or let Drew finish IMO...congrats to NY bettors~

Only thing I would be worried about with that under, is if the Giants play a prevent defense. The only thing that defense prevents is a win. I never understand why teams run it.

Completely agree. The Giants are notorius for that Prevent defense too. The Cowboys aren't winning this game, it's over. Any scoring on Dallas' side right now is nothing more than padding the stats for Romo.

still not looking great and only a half a point to spare...if Romo can get a couple of first downs before another pick I might be alright...
