Default Just Try Baby! OAK @ DEN: 8:15 EST Sunday October 15th, 2006

DEN -14.5 to 16 at some . . . I like DEN up to 16.5 to complete the trio of late game big spread favs following
the public's weariness of big spreads after IND/TENN WeekV.

Public memory may be shorter than that -- big SD win may help bring in more late DEN money?

If the 1H line goes up to 10, I think the Raiders are decent value -- their defense is respectable.

I was thinking more along the lines of how the three spreads
opened originally . . . that I thought SD and DEN especially
opened a little lower than they might have had the IND thing
    not happened . . .

    Got it.

    I think you're right.

I'm really curious to see whether DEN busts out tonight or not.

I can't see the Raiders doing much in this one. Shell worked them for approximately 3 hours of practice on Friday, which is typically the light day. Their legs will be tired and, playing in Denver, I can only see this game going one way for the Raiders (worse, worse, and worse as the game progresses).
