Default Sunday October 8th: NFC East Showdown DALLAS @ PHILADELPHIA . . .

A sign seen posted in the stands during MNF at Lincoln Financial Field read 'Get Well Soon T.O. So We Can Hurt You'.

That just about says it all. I'm not sure if it was my imagination or not but the 12th man seemed to be stretching and yawning in PHIL hosting GB matchup as if they were looking ahead to DAL.

4:15 EST game has me thinking LFF will be thumping. Both
squads coming off relatively easy wins over sub .500 squads.
Bledsoe may have trouble play calling with the noise. T.O.
    is due for a 'lash-out-at-the-QB-and-coach-meltdown'.

I'm liking PHIL here so easily that I have to ask, did someone say 'TRAP'?

Default Is This Just a Simple Case of Interdivisional Common Wisdom?

That is to say, take DAL @ +3 or if the PS is 2.5 or less, take PHIL. Sometimes stuff like T.O. returning to the scene of the
crime can distract me from fundamental thinking . . .

As an NFC East fan, I'm staying away from this game. Too many variables, too many outside distractions, I just don't like it at all! Same with the Giants/Redskins game. How the Giants are 4.5 point favorites is beyond me, and while I do think they will win, I ain’t touching that game either! It is really tough to pick these NFC East rivalries; anything can happen, and usually does (ie. See the Giants/Eagles game in week 2).

Drew seems to be a different QB when his OL protects him.
When it fails him he freezes up. How capable is Philly here of
rattling him? How capable is DAL OL of protection? I believe these are big questions in this matchup . . .

    lito ankle q, stall., hamstring dbtfl, westbrk knee q . . .
(all from cbs NFL teams report)

goldengoat where do you get injury updates from?

Lito is the only one whos 75% Westbrook is a last second decsion and its looking like Stallworth is out

    Reggie Brown is probable

Eagles didnt get at Farve alot last week against a weak Greenbay O-line but I think Jim Johnson will throw every thing at Cowgirls front.

Eagles might have some trouble with Dallas 3-4 with only Brown And Lewis to stretch the field...

So im staying away even though i think Eagles win a close one with both QB's throw 2 INT's

With all the hype surrounding this game T.O. has been a complete non factor in the first half. He has no catches at all.

Bledsoe down 31-24 with 8 minutes left. This guy never delivers in this spot.

Cowboys blew this one big time. Lousy play in the secondary with two long TD passes.

A skeleton walks into a bar and orders a beer which the bartender serves asking 'anything else with that?' amd the
    skeleton says, 'Yeah, a mop!'
