i actually don't think ANYONE from the AFC or NFC west deserves to get in.. and that's sad bec. i'm from the W Coast!

Yeah, I agree. But they've gotta put 6 in from each conference, plus one from each division. There's always gonna be a couple teams that get in each year that probably don't deserve it. I guess that's better than it used to be, when fewer teams made it and some good ones would miss the cut.

In the AFC, the Steelers, Titans, Colts certainly deserve it. The Broncos get it by default in that weak division, but the Chargers probably deserved it if they didn't lose so many heartbreakers. As far as the remaining 2 spots, I'm not super high on NYJ, MIA, NE, Balt but whoever earns those last two spots will probably deserve it in the end. Nobody is going to back into the playoffs in the AFC, except maybe Denver.

In the NFC, the Giants, Panthers, Vikings deserve it especially if they keep playing at that high level. Cards don't deserve it, but again it's a weak division. The last two spots are between Dallas, Philly, Tampa, Atlanta. Whoever survives from that group is going to be a tough out when the playoffs come.

I can't wait for the playoffs. Look for another 5 or 6 seed to get into the Super Bowl and maybe win it. Whatever teams end up getting those 5 & 6 seeds will have to win their way in and will be the hot team heading into the playoffs.
