tough luck, mike, but you got a lot closer with this one than certain idiots in this thread thought you would.

good to hear you hedged it. That's what's so good about some of it happening. The odds change, and you can hedge.

    this was true, though.

Week 15 you would've parlayed SD and Carolina. Week 16, for example, you would have parlayed SD and Buffalo, because that would've had to happen for SD to make the playoffs.

Then Week 17 take all your winnings and put it on SD ML.

I'll look it up and see what you would've ended up with.

    this is an estimate:

    start with $1,000.

Week 15: Parlay Carolina (-350) with San Diego (-250). Wager 1,000, win 800.

    Week 16: Put $1,800 on a parlay. Buffalo (+235) with San Diego (+155). Wager 1,800, win 13,576.5

Week 17: Put 15,376.5 on San Diego ML. Wager 15,376.5, win 4114.

Your original thousand would be $19,490.

Then if you wanted to keep going, you could've put it all on SD ML vs. Indy. SD would've been around even. Wager $19,490, win $19,490.

    You have $38,980.

Of course, if you had continued, you would've lost today, but say the Chargers won.

    Wager $38,980, win $97,450.

And so on against Baltimore next week and for the Super Bowl.

it pays out much better than just an individual bet.

Your original thousand would have become like $135,000 by today.

Thanks, I am very happy I made it this far AND glad my wife allowed me to be in Vegas now with 11,000 to hedge this. She wasn't convinced, she thought I was crazy.

    THANKS Yisman
