I'm getting ready by sitting in front of my tv on Sunday afternoon with my mini beer fridge next to my chair stocked full of good beer.

Love the ale, and love Northumberland from which it hails.
I'm prepping for the upcoming football season primarily by annoying my wife just to get her in shape for when she's really annoyed with me laying around watching football all day Saturday and Sunday. That and talking trash with my fantasy league compadres.
