Default Green Bay Running Back Situation

Can anyone shed some light on who will be the #1 RB going into camp? A. Green? N. Davenport? S. Gado? I've been looking at some NFL Futures and I'm curious what the mindset is up there.

Given what's happened to their running backs you should be asking who's #2, #3, and #4.

That offense won't do a damn thing anyway.

But if i were a betting man, I 'd say Green goes first but misses 8-10 weeks with a tweaked hamstring and turf toe.

They might as well just put Rogers in now and start over because they will not be competitive until at least about 3 years from now.

Green is the default#1. They're paying him too much.

Davenport is actually a kick-ass player. IMO, he should be #1, if he's healthy, but, again, they've got too much invested in Green.

Gado played well enough last year, but he's still a practice squad emergency back from last year. He should make the team easy, but he'll still be waiting to play.

Early in the season, Davenport and Green should be splitting time, more than they have in earlier years. Of course, there's still health concerns with options #1 and #2, so who knows how these injuries will linger into the preseason and early regular season.
