Packers have been trying to unload Walker for weeks now. Personally, I think Walker is a stud WR, and in the right system he's an easy 1300 yard, 80 catch, 15 TD guy. I think he'll thrive in Denver as long as his ACL is healed ok, that's the only question I have about Walker. But, Denver woulda never pulled the trigger if the physical didn't check out A+. Walker is better off in Denver anyway. Might end up being the best move the Broncos make this offseason.

The Green Bay Packers sent disgruntled WR Jevon Walker to Denver today for a second round draft pick. The pick was #37 overall, which they went on to send to Atlanta for three other picks -- a second-rounder (47th overall), third rounder (93rd) and fifth-rounder (148th). #47 wound up being Boise State offensive tackle Daryn Colledge, and #52 was Western Michigan wide receiver Greg Jennings. Good trade, or not enough in exchange for a former and perhaps future Pro Bowl WR?
