When i make a pick in sports book. It gives me a option for "Action"
can someone explain to me what it means pls.

I believe that action in MLb terms is that any two pitchers can start the game and your bet will be live.

If you bet Listed and there is a pitching change afterwords, you have no action.
If you bet Action and there is a pitching change afterwords, you have action at the new opening line with the new pitcher.
