I am relatively new to the sports betting so I have done alot of research recently trying to find the best book out there. There are 5 or 6 books that have A+ ratings but the further I research them the more problems I have found through previous users whether it is slow payouts, difficult verification processes, or terrible customer services. The type of book I am looking for is one with fast payouts with small fees or one free check per month, (wont be cashing out that often), easy verification process, and easy deposits (with a DC or prepaid ****).

If someone could post the sportsbook you use and what you like about them and if they meet the criteria above that would be great.

Pinnacle verification is very easy. You just need to scan your ID, and fill in Credit Authorisation form and CC scan.

In my opinion your best books for an American are 5dimes, heritage, and betislands in that order. If customer service is your main criteria then go with heritage or betislands. 5dimes customer service is better than what it gets credit for around here but they are not as good as these other two.

After reviewing the forum today I would probable just go with 5dimes or heritage. Betislands seems to be having some software issues and some people aren't getting dimelines for baseball even though that is what they advertise. I would never play at a book that doesn't offer dimelines for bases but that is just me. Plus the other two books have been around a lot longer and are more stable. Good luck with your decision.

Dont think that just because a book has an A+ rating its the way to go, sportbooks have been buying and manipulating ratings as far as I can remember... there are complaints from A rated books all the time, I've worked at a couple of these A rated books and the service is terrible, clerks can't understand plain English,
nobody can get an answer be cause everybody has to ask somebody else you will be transfered 10 times if you call about a discrepancy sometimes a smaller book will bend over backwards be cause they DO need your business. I have been playing with jazz sports and I know they had some problems a few months back
but I honestly like the customer service... lines are sharp and I get a dimeline in baseball, and they have been pretty good about paying me lately.

If you live in Europe and use Euro as a currency you probably want to avoid american bookies.
For Euro users you should definitely use Bet365, Sbobet, 188bet. High odds, high limits, fast payouts to moneybookers, around 6-8hours. Pinnacle is great but moneybookers users only have a free payout per calendar month.

I've been with Bodog/Bovada for years but they have a tendency to put up lines late as well as late payments. I am considering making the change over to 5dimes however I'm not the biggest fan of change and I am still skeptical
