The bracket does not feature the play-in game itself. The bracket features the winner of the play-in game as Lville vs Alabama St/Moor. St., obviously of course this is just a mere formality as no play-in game winner has ever beaten a #1 seed in NCAA history, all have lost by double digits or been blowouts.

You fill out your bracket at once and submit it, the deadline for doing that is March 19th before the first games tipoff at 12:25 EST.

It's not like a poker tourney though where names are added to software, and if someone is left out for some reason they can't play. Any registered SBR forum user can submit a bracket through SBRcontests.com however, only those that submit their Justbet account to me before the tournament starts will win prizes.
