Why is Wake Forest +11.5

I cannot understand this spread? If I wasn't suspicious
of this spread I would bet 20 units on Wake Forest.

Can someone comment on this spread for me and
tell me whats up?

I thought it was a little short, to be honest. Duke has obliterated Fake Worest in both meetings, and I think Coach K has them focused to do the same thing today.
