Strong MVC home team vs. team that struggles on road vs. good competition.

Not just 6-9, but the only real team they beat was Boise State (eh), and they lost to the likes of Idaho.

what do you guys think about Bradley? just based on the concept of fading Cinninatti? Cinncinatti is 3-11 away from home this year and have lost their last 6 games SU....

Utah St lost to a lot of garbage teams on the road..they are like night and day between home vs road games...also Ill St prides it's self on defense so if they shut down Carroll that shuts down the flow of Utah St's offense.

stingy,
Yes but CInicnnati played a tougher schedule and they did win at Louisville early in the year. Not to mention you are talking about the Big East now, and not the WAC (Utah State). I like Illinois State a lot better.

If Cedric Jackson doesn't play for Clev St add Dayton...Jackson injured his ankle last game...he's their second leading scorer ...rebounder ...and top assist guy...he avg's 14.0 pts 5.0 boards 4.9 assists a game...they only have one other guy that averages in double figures...

This was taken from the recap of the Butler game and the effect Jackson's injury had on the game...
The Vikings held the Bulldogs to two baskets and six free throws over the next nine minutes, however, and pulled within 30-29 on a rebound basket by Cedric Jackson. Butler built the lead back to five, but Bullock hit one of two free throws, Joe Davis scored and Jackson hit two foul shots to tie the game for the only time at 34.
Two free throws apiece by Green and Graves gave the Bulldogs a 38-34 lead at halftime.
The Vikings played most of the second half without Jackson, who re-injured his left ankle and left early in the final period.
Waters said that was the turning point.
"When you lose a player like that, it really hurts you. ... If Green would go down in the second half, what would happen to Butler? It took us a while to regroup."
Cleveland State came within 43-41, but a basket by Howard and two straight by reserve Willie Veasley started Butler's decisive 17-3 surge. Cleveland State never recovered.

also look at GS vs Clipps if Kaman is out and Thornton was hurting scoring only 4 pts and playing 21 minutes..apparently couldn't elevate or do too much from a right thigh injury on Saturday...GS hasn't lost 2 games in a row since Jan 2 and 4 vs Dallas and NO

i actually like the idea of buying clev st up, thanks lt,... i did that when they played butler and it worked out great.... i had em +20 it was never even in doubt.... they play such low scoring games that it is almost impossible for them to lose by almost 20

thats true westside, might consider that.... i would have to say with the line being as high as 8.5, they probably dont figure the injured kid to get much action

I would stay away from Bradley tomorrow, WP. Cincy has a very good shot at winning that game outright.

I told myself I wouldn't be the nba but how can you not look at adding the suns and warriors to a play?? if the sonics and clippers win then the world is coming to an end...

That is what I was thinking WSP...Kamen is doubtful so no way in hell that the Clips win...Sea is a joke. Bosh is going to be back for the Raptors and are playing a D-league team ...the only questionable one to me is Orlando but they are solid at home and playing a mediocre Wiz team on the road.

I can't play both of them diogee...the stress of seeing one of these garbage celler dwellers making a run at the end would kill me...I like the warriors more since they just lost..and a didn't finish good and haven't lost back to back since the beginning of jan...I'm scared to death the sonics show huge effort after that crap of a performance they showed vs the nuggets...or they lose by 30 hard to figure what that kind of embarassment can do to a team..I would think the next game especially at home would be much better...I'm liking the over 227.5 in this one
