Default Tennessee Volunteers @ Tennessee Chattanooga Mocs

Check out these two comparisons from two different cappers & then tell me what you guys think...

Pick: 1 unit (Free Play) ATS: Tennessee Chattanooga Mocs +14.5 (-109)

At 7 pm, on Tuesday, our complimentary selection is on the Chattanooga Moccasins plus the points over Tennessee. This is the biggest game on UT-Chatt's schedule this year, and it's the first game between these two schools on the Mocs home court in decades. Chattanooga upset Tennessee in Knoxville when these two squads last got together three years ago, and I look for another tight game tonight. Take the points.

1* on Tennessee -14.5

The Tennessee Volunteers are killing opponents this season in their hot 7-1 start to the year. They are led by SEC Player of the Year Chris Lofton and are the odds-on favorite to win the SEC. All key contributors return except for F Dane Bradshaw. Two transfers have taken his place, Tyler Smith and J.P. Prince. Smith was second in scoring, rebounding, assists, and steals last year at Iowa and was granted an exception to play immediately due to his father’s health. Both Lofton and Smith are tearing it up already this season. The Vols are averaging 90 points a game while giving up just 65 points per contest. UT-Chattanooga lost to Southern Illinois and Indiana by 20 points or more earlier this year. Tennessee will be an even tougher opponent than those schools were. They get after it on defense and are 15-6 ATS after 2 straight games where they had 10 or more steals over the last 2 seasons. Tennessee is 15-4 ATS after having won 3 of their last 4 games over the last 3 seasons. Take Tennessee and lay the points.

Both have pretty good points. Any thoughts???

You're kidding, right turd? ... The write up picking Tenn -14.5 made his argument with hard facts and stats ... The bozo that gave out the other side based it on wishful thinking and what happened 3 years ago ... I'd say the good points were all one sided.

You know what's funny? I think that first write-up is actually from the home page! Yeah, it's from Al McMordie. I'm not playing this game, but if you twisted my arm I'd lean Vols and give the points.

I think Al Mc should put a few facts in his writeups and not just tell us about a dream he had last night.
