Probably one of the tougher games to cap, right now line is Cuse +1 who ya got? Trying to get a feel for where this line is going to go, I like cuse (Griffin will score but the rest of the team should struggle vs the zone) thinking Cuse may get more points before tip, what do you think?

The Orangemen are hot right now. I like them to win this game. OU is not a great team..1 man show. Teams that rely on 1 man usually don't last very long

I don't think the line is going to move much. This is a pick 'em. Orange have the size with Jackson & Onauku to at least play Blake G. tough. I think this game is dictated by how rough the refs let the Ds play. 'Cuse as usual will need big days from 2 of their 3 outside guys - Flynn, Devendorf & Rautins. I think Flynn vs. Warren will be fun.

I agree this is a tough game to cap. Really red hot team (syracuse) vs. very solid physical team (oklahoma). Probably going to play this game one half at a time. I think it will probably go back and forth and expect both teams to make some pushes back and forth.

Right now I'm taking syracuse 1/2 ML and syracuse 1/2 team total over.

If those win, I might consider taking oklahoma 2nd half, or lay off if they barely win. If one or both lose I'll probably double up my bet for the 2nd half.

GL, should be a fun one to watch.

I like cuse in this game, the 2 3 zone will cause issues for Ok. Michigan did a good job on them but they couldnt score and that was the big difference in the game. Cuse has pleny of more firew power than Michigan and thats why I like them.

Onauku is a lightining rod when it comes to fouls, and that Jackson fella will not be able to stay with griffin's athleticism. That 2-3 zone that cuse plays will get sucked in by Griffins play, allowing warren and johnson light them up from range. Flynn will have to get Griffin in foul trouble for them to have a chance, but i think warren has been waiting for a superstar opponent(flynn) to make a name for himself against. Warren has that kind of Ego believe me. He was quoted saying he "could beat Kobe one-on-one," and he was in high school when he said that!!! I think warren will step up his defensive effort against a guy he respects. Or it could all go to hell with Warren forgeting he has the POTY on his team and he jacks up 27 footers.

I think it will be a close game folks but Oklahoma pulls it out in the end. Blake Griffin will get the double team allowing his brother to hit that short jumper. If Austin johnson shows up and hits that jumper watch out. Willie warren can get to the lane against this zone as well.

If none of the above happens the Cuse will pull it out becasue OU doesnt play hard defense becasue they depend on Griffin's shot blocking GL today.

My prediction, Cuse wins by 5 and it is goes under. Cuse D will buckle down and Beheim will come up with a way to minimize Griffin's impact through good D and getting him into foul trouble. The other Griffin can't do anything, and Oklahoma will not hit the amount of outside shots they need. Cuse will bitch slap griffin in his gigantic head.

The Big East is is really good but the Big XII has played pretty well too. They are 10-3. How does that correlate to Syracuse killing Oklahoma?

How are the Sooners overrated? They have lost all of 5 games this year and 2 of them were when B.Griffin was out with a concussion. Oklahoma has already beaten the following Tournament teams:

American, VCU, Purdue, USC, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma St.(twice), and Texas A&M(twice).

Syracuse vs Tournament Teams: 7-7
Oklahoma vs Tournament teams: 10-4

I guess I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how they are overrated.

Cuse is 7-7 against tourney teams because they had to play all the #1 seeds, not scrubs like american (no offense american fans). USC was alright, but as the tourney proved pac-10 wasagain way over rated. Big 12 is a decent conference, but the Big East teams are just battle tested, which pays big dividends in the tourney. If Cuse can beat a nasty Uconn team, Oklahoma should be no problem. Only way that cuse loses here is if OU hits 45% from beyond the arc and the refs get star struck and give griffin every single foul call.

JMO, I have done really well in the tourney betting big east schools, watched all the major games this year. Had Uconn last night and Villanova huge. Laid off Pitt, the spread wasn't right. Tonight it is cuse and laying off Louisville. Cuse should win here.

They will not shut down Blake Griffin, but they will contact him enough....2-3 Zone and all the different varities of this defense that Syracuse will use will make it tough for Blake...it depends who will step up for Oklahoma, if they can consistantly hit the outside jumpers they win....if not, Cuse rolls...

Oklahoma may be overrtaed in the sense that they are a one-man team. If the Syracuse zone can keep Griffin in check, Cuse should win rather easily.

That said, it is not a given anyone can shut him down, so I am passing.
