Loyola Marymount +28
Come on. Arizona is pretty good. But 28 points? I think the line here should be 17. What do you think?

Loyola Marymount's leading scorer and rebounder Vernon Teel at 15.3 pts and 7.5 boards has been out with an injured foot...no one else avg's over 5 boards and only one other player in double digits...they are total crap without this guy and suck even with him....AZ probably wins by over 30 in this one...IMO I'd stay away

This was the first line that jumped out at me for Tuesday and I immediately thought LOCK. But, most of my opinion on Loyola is based on their game with Notre Dame a couple weeks ago, where they were within single digits for most of the game and ended up losing by only 11. I was able to get a live stream of the game on the net and Loyola looked very competitive to my surprise and frustration, I was on ND -23.
However, upon further look I'm a little less excited about this line. First, this is Loyolas 3rd game on a long road trip that took them from Los Angeles to NYC to Arkansas and now to AZ. They are still winless and have double-digit losses to some HORRIBLE teams...Wagner (by 21), UC Davis (by 10) and Wisconsin-Milwaukee (by 24). I'm trying not to give too much credit to their impressive performance vs ND, but I still lean to Loyola +28 here. Just not as much of a sure thing as I first thought. |

Loyola had their best player Teel in that game vs ND...don't take them ...he's injured...look at their roster after Teel and you will see it's total shit....

Didnt know about Teel, guess that explains their downslide since the ND game. Thanks for the info, ill be staying away.
