Default CBB "3 Squared" Tuesday from the West Coast

North Carolina -16

Stanford -11

Texas -21.5

This is a preseason theory that's worked well for me in the past. I was 3-0 yesterday playing heavy favorites against soft cupcakes. I'm 5-0 on the season using this theory

Tonight is a little different as all three favorites are playing slightly better competition. We'll see how it goes.

Kentucky is no cupcake. But I have been with you on these big favs as well. OU and Memphis both cashed easily yesterday.

Kentucky is certainly no cupcake. But I made them a play against based on their opening game performance against VMI.

I was on Memphis as well yesterday and watched the entire team. They are scary as hell. They cant shoot, but the athleticism is incredible.

are you really trying to make a living by betting these kind of games? All seem kinda square to me, but whatever works (money is the important factor). BOL to you today

No I don't gamble for a living. I tried that with less than desirable results. As I stated, this is a trend or method or theory that has worked in the past and usually just for the first two weeks of the pre-season. After that it's a crap shoot.

For example, and I didn't make them my plays today, but look at what Purdue and Tennessee are doing to their cupcake opponents. Granted the games aren't over but this theory seems to hold for just about any Top 25 teams in the first two weeks of the season.

yeah you'd be better off with just the first half though. I bet that if you played every double digits fave for the first half, you'd at least be up. Love the first half line!! Purdue has made me 3-0 in 1H lines

I love Purdue. I notice they're getting it done again tonight.

I wanted to add that your point about first half plays on the heavy favorites is a great one. Purdue and Tennessee covered easily and Texas is on pace to cover the first-half as well.

I'm going to follow T-Powells lead. Adding a first-half play on Gonzaga and North Carolina.

I like those plays, Gonzaga should run Idaho out of the building in the first half. Not as sure about UNC but not a bad bet

Gonzaga is putting a huge hurt on Idaho and it looks like North Carolina is going to cover the first half. Texas looks real good for me.

yeah I decided to play Gonzaga and North Carolina 1H lines too. I'm really liking Wake Forest 1H tommorow against UNC-Wilmington. Drake (-15) against Morehead State looks great too

I've got to research the Wake Forest game a little more. But I love Drake and Butler too.

Texas goes in the win column along with 1H Gonzaga and North Carolina. That's 8-0 in two nights with North Carolina -16 and North Carolina -11 remaining.

I hate giving myself props, but for the sake of fair and honest journalism:

3-0 tonight, 3-0 last night, 8-0 to start the season (+29 units).

More hoops tomorrow.
