I haven't seen any discussion of this game yet, but Washington St. is not dominant enough to cover this spread. In a game like this with two low scoring teams, it's hard to see Wash St. pulling away. Plus, If Winthrop can hit 3s like they did against nc-ash., they may even pull the upset. No upsets in the first 8 games, so somethings gonna give tonight!

winthrop winning would be like a DII team beating a DI team in ncaa football...

but seriously, i dont see them winning, and i think theres a fair chance wash st takes it by 12-15. though wash st could fade at the end like they did last time against ore st and let winthrop come back, i think its unlikely b/c this is march madness not regular season

I am on Winthrop +10.5 bought a point. I am hoping this game stays around 110 and Winthrop doesn't get into foul trouble trying to defend the paint.
