In that UNLV game, as best I can tell, the injury to Wink Adams is the finger jam (maybe broken) that he suffered in practice in mid-February. If that's what this refers to, and I think it is, it should be noted that Adams has been playing through that injury for quite some time. He had an excellent game against BYU when UNLV won the conference tourney. I can't find any indication at all in the press that Adams might be out today.
Anybody have anything different on this?
