Anyone have significant knowledge of either team. Wofford is on a large winning streak and played a tough OOC schedule. Typically tough tourney conference with Davidson and CofC having good tourney showing in the past.

Didnt see much of Wisky this year. DO they have a dominant inside presence? Not sure if Wofford has much size. Their leading scorer is 6'6' forward.

Are you asking about the spread or straight up. There is no way wofford wins straight up, against the spread, I know nothing about wofford.

Whisky sucks IMO, Wofford should cover this number and I'll also probably take a shot on them ML as well.

No chance Wofford wins outright, maybe they can cover.

They're not going to out guard Wisc's Ja Bo, Hughes, and Taylor, so they have to beat them with size...and Wofford only has a couple of 6-6 225 Forwards who will be outmatched even to 6-10 225 high post, highly skilled Forward Jon Leur and 6-8 240 Nankivil, also very skilled.

Wisc has a great coach and veterans with two 5 year senior guards in Bohannon and Hughes.

For Wofford to win, they need a prayer that sends Wisc into a 15% shooting slump like vs Illinois.

wofford can win- wisconsin has died off since the start of the season- i thought they were gonna be a powerhouse of sorts but they've been playing pretty badly lately. i think wisconsin winning is more likely but id say wofford has about a 32.7 percent chance of pulling the upset.

This will be an interesting game for the spread.

Wisc plays slow, scores low with a lot of Js and stout D. This = not a lot of blow-outs, but it can be done. But then Wofford is small and pretty obscure.

This has no play written all over it.

Woof will be tough for Wisconsin, they play much more up tempo than Wis (who doesn't), Wofford and the points!

Why bet on Wofford ML, no way in hell do they win. Wisconsin isn't as bad as you think, but they won't go deep in the tourney.

this thread is why so many lose $. The last one is the only that made sense. Wisconsin has a good chance to get to 16. Check Bo Ryans numbers boys. He does not lose. They are coming off their worst game in years and will have so much focus for the tournament. Pity lonely Wooford.

Wofford could cover the spread, but a win might be tough. They play a similar slow-mo style to Wisconsin and played some tough out of conference games to where they will not be scared. Still, I watched their final in the SoCo and they nearly choked a huge lead to Appalachian State. I wouldn't be surprised to see a game decided in single digits, but I would be surprised if Wofford won outright. You have to take into account that this is the very definition of "happy to be here" as they are making the 1st ever NCAA appearance for the school.

I'm interested in everyones thoughts on this game as well. More for my bracket than spread info. Heard lots on cbs about watching out for wofford so just curious
