Going into this off an embarrassing loss, I'd say Penn State -4 1H and Penn State -7. I did Penn State -7. I'm always wrong anyways, so Tulane +4 1H and Tulane +7 may be the real deal.

Going with Penn State -4 first half for 2 units.
They should come out strong after that disaster yesterday.
Plus..........Tulane does not have the three point shooting the Seahawks do.

Penn State should be alright here. They shot 27% and lead at halftime, how often can you say that? Let's just hope they can shoot upwards of 40% 2nd half.

If anybody watched Penn States games, they would know they only have 1 decent shooter, so he goes so does the team. Penn State is not deep.

I hope it is now clear that Penn State have lost the game. Those of us who backed them can start looking for a bet with which to redeem the loss.
