If you take niagara for 2h at -8 or -8.5 and they cover that... youll lose if you took howard for game at +20... just leave your original howard be and let it play out.

I would not hedge, Howard picked it up toward the break and will build on that into the second.
20 point win is a lot for Niagara, at most, I see 18.
First 5 minutes will be crucial for Howard IMO, they either get back into or get blown out and we have to root for the backdoor
