Penn state -10 2nd half wager looks lockish. The score is out of whack according to the opening line. I will take the -10 in 2nd half. In reality that gives me penn state at -1 because they are down 9 at half..

Good luck. Wouldn't think Wilmington will shoot that well in the 2nd, but I wouldn't call it anything close to a lock. I took State for the game, so I am just eating that loss.
