Any intelligent insight as to why ISU opened so low at -1 and is now the dog? I took ISU at +1 and I don't get the line or the movement. I figured ISU would be about 3-4 point favorites with last years results and loss factored into Iowa St not being any higher. What about Drake is the sharp side hear? I rode that team hard hard hard 2 years ago as the books failed to ever believe that they were any good. I remember banking in on them vs Iowa and Iowa St that year. There little run from the team that beat ISU that year is long gone along with Keno Davis who they appeared to miss badly last year. No more Emmenecker running the point, Clayton Korver off the bench is gone, Jonathan Cox is now gone, and Josh Young the best player off of that whole squad is questionable with a hip injury tonight. Drake already lost to IUPUI, they're immensely shorter than ISU and down low I don't see how they handle their front court. Plus when it was all set and done last year ISU was better in offensive and defensive efficiency last year and Effective FG% on offense and defense than Drake was playing against much better competition 71st SOS compared to 158. Granted they did lose to Drake last year but they were a bunch of underclassmen playing against upperclassmen. This Jr lead team has to have more of a shot to beat a once in a lifetime fluke in Drake. Throw out last year's results, Cox and 14 points is missing, Young is hurt, and ISU is more mature. Why should Drake win this game?
