This is a good spot for Maryland to prove they can win on the road. This is a gut play for me, I just think Maryland needs this one more. Its hard to pick this one, you are right, so I will take the points with the team with the momentum.
Gotta think Maryland can get an invite to big dance if finish with over .500 record in ACC. They need this one to do that. Maybe Vasquez goes off after bad game against Duke? And the 4 points don't hurt either. Pretty much a gut play for me too. Nothing large.
I am seeing something like North Carolina State 73 Maryland 70. I think if NC State takes a 10 or more point lead into the 2nd half they have a pretty good chance of covering that chalk. I may be making a play on Maryland 2nd half depends on the score.
Maryland's worst road performances have been against Duke, Clemson, UNC. like the 1H under 68.5 better, but like the terps and the points both 1H and game.
I go to maryland and there is nothing more these guys would enjoy than to go into NC State and prove themselves. It's a tough call but if maryland doesn't win, they probably wouldn't lose by 4. Good luck to all of us
*this would have been a Machine play for Maryland I'm quite sure if he wasn't done picking until the tournys...fit the qualifications of 2 needs with something to play for...and with my work, Maryland was the play
