so far az and okla looking ok

az is over 80
okla over 81
also hit tex a&m over 71 which was a gift because their first half was 81 pts

i try and use a combination of what the first half total scored is and where they set second half total

on okla and az they didnt score extremely high in first half but the second half totals were set high so i go along with them

second half totals (overs only- i dont do unders) are becoming one of my favorite bets

Wow, I am getting an unprecedented ass-kicking today.... as of this moment, I am 1-10. It's about to be 1-11 when auburn beats miss. st. Wow..... Yes, you heard that right. I have lost a shit ****load of money.

While I have pretty good money management discipline in terms of flatbetting 2% of my bankroll on every bet, I lately have been playing too many bets per day and today it bit me in the ass. 1-11. I can't believe it. I don't even feel bad about it. Just more in dismay. I am laughing at the incredulity. Ok, now I am babling, onto my fcuk-you's:

1)missisippi not showing up
2)missisppi state not showing up
3) hofstra not putting away a putrid williamington team
4) ball state losing by 1, when i could have taken them +1.5, but i took the moneyline
5) washington missing a whack of freethrows throughout the game to lose a sure cover when arizona had 4 starters that fouled out
6) boston bruins losing in overtime when the goalie let in a 80 foot slapshot
7) Ari St. not taking care of business.

God damn, it's my own fault for laying too much chalk.....but you can flip a coin and flip better than 1-11....once again, wow...

they kill ya
i only bet dogs and some overs
very very occassional favorite - sometimes just for a team to comeback in second half
so far day is shaping up pretty good
small dogs of +1 to +4 are the best bets-( except for exact +3!! for some reason i have yet to figure out)
also bet over the highest posted totals in the 150's or occassional 160(college)
and over high second half total numbers

yeah- i had ball state +3-i bought points
i just told someone on another thread its not worth taking small dogs on ml
i rather have the points and i even buy 1/2 to 1-1/2 points

Thanks for the advice, duly noted! I have learned many lessons the hard way as well, but one thing i haven't learned is how to be selective on a day when you see alot of "great" picks, thus putting a large chunk of your bankroll at risk at once. If you have any pointers on this, it would be appreciated.

Good hear someone is doing good, seems like saturdays have been the regular day for ass kickings the last few weeks.

The most frustrating thing about gambling or "sports-investing" as i like to call it, is spending weeks grinding, sweating and stressing out a profit, and then pissing it away in one day. It feels like a big waste of time. My ROI/hour is less than a mexican prostitute.
