Default Thursday 1H unders

Cal-Fullerton/UC-Riverside under 62.5
LaSalle/Temple under 63

any thoughts?

think i like the UC-Riverside one slightly better than Temple one. see both games going under by for game by about 10, which usually means good things for 1H under. Temple plays great defense 1H and has held a number of opponents in the teens. Only time in recent meetings that CSF/UCR has made it into 60s was last year when CSF hung 41 in 1H at UCR. UCR a slowdown team not likely to forget that 1H or to permit reoccurrence.

Like the UCR and CSF one... think the LaSalle Temple one is questionable... LaSalle can play pretty fast at times..

thanks, eatdust. you're definitely right about lasalle playing fast at times. temple plays great defense at home and should do a good job of keeping lasalle out of fast tempo, but temple is comfortable playing fast even if it isn't their preference [and played 43-36 1H at lasalle in january]. big slate tonight, i can probably find better options than lasalle/temple. thanks for your thoughts.

Hey Biff, a lot of low totals this evening......you have to think more will go over. 60 pts in a half is within reach for even the slowest pace teams. I'll get back to you with some of my picks in a bit.

t-bone, one over that i like at lot is N AZ/Weber State. Playing that one for the game at 135.5. Have been a little skeptical of 1H overs [no desperation from teams] but especially in espn games, those can have some value. Other games that I see going over relatively comfortably tonight [10 or more] are NC St/Wake, USC/Cal, Cleveland St/Valpo. also think both WVU/Cincy and Xavier/St Joe's go over, and did not adjust for those being espn games, so probably some value there too.
